I try to incorporate realism and cubism into my artworks; occasionally I do
something out of my norm just to have a change, but not often. Normally, I just
like painting or drawing what is visually appealing to me. Of course, I want
others to like my artwork. The cubism in my work is influenced by Pacasso,
I love the way he plays on the human figure with various distorted poses. Van
Gogh played a roll in the way that I like to paint also, the way that he painted
flowers, the human figure, or perhaps just everyday objects such as a chair
with his thick paint to form a 3-D effect. With each painting I try to incorporate
new techniques from other artist that I have researched.
